SPRINGBIG SETTINGS
Log in to your home page dashboard to begin your onboarding experience.
Your home page dashboard brings all your critical metrics together in one place with a clean, intuitive layout designed for
speed. Understand how many new profiles are subscribing to communications and how your messages contribute to
revenue.

HOMEPAGE SETTINGS
The Customer Settings page is your central hub for managing and growing your member base. Learn how to search for and edit customer profiles, add new members to your platform, and ensure your customer list stays up-to-date. This section also covers the check-in process, providing step-by-step guidance to streamline customer sign-ins and ensure a seamless experience for both your staff and your members.
CUSTOMER SETTINGS
View the plan you are currently signed up for, your join date, monthly credits, when you’ll get billed and more.

ACCOUNT SETTINGS
From within Basic Settings, you’ll be able to set your profile details, update your address, email and other contact details. You’ll also be able to add your logo, and create a wallet homescreen icon for your customers/members. You’ll also add your privacy policy link and terms & conditions to your join form.

BASIC SETTINGS
Program Settings is where you will:
- Enable your loyalty program
- Set your loyalty points
- Enable bonus points based on specific parameters
- Expire your points.
If you are running loyalty with us, this is where you set the point value and accrual rate for your loyalty program. You can decide between points per dollar (PPD) or points per visit (PPV), and set an expiration date for your customer’s loyalty points.
If you are not running loyalty, no worries, this setting can be disabled.

PROGRAM SETTINGS
The File Exchange is our document sharing module.
This is where your integration guides, API information and reference documents will be hosted, as well as any data sensitive documents that the Springbig team shares with you and your staff.

FILE EXCHANGE
From this page, you can make customer facing changes that will appear in your campaign Stashboard.
Edits can be made to:
- Static Stashboard Header – Add links that your customers can click to get to your website, social, or menu.
- Theme – Change the color for buttons that will appear in your customer’s wallet / stashboard.

STASHBOARD SETTINGS
This is where your invoices live each month. This will also host the last five months of invoices for you to reference, and even download and print. You can also add a credit card to keep on file or choose ACH.

BILLING INFO
From the Sharing Links section, you have various options to get your customers/members to join your program. We will review each option in the next page, but this section requires special attention as it is one of the most important aspects of your platform. By offering these options to your customers, you are giving them an easy way to join and give you permission to reach out via text, email, etc.

SHARING LINKS
From this section, you can add users to your Springbig platform. These are users that will be working with you on your platform, and NOT your customers/members. Examples of users can be your business partner, Budtenders, marketing team, etc.

MANAGE USERS
Utilize this section to create tablets that connect to our Springbig tablet apps for your stores / events. The Tablet section is also used to set up integrations (no need to view / edit integration specific tablets).
After this section, you should be able to:
- Understand the main functions of the tablets section
- Know how to setup a Springbig tablet if needed
- Recognize that your integration may be set up in the tablets section

TABLET & API SETTINGS
Group settings allow you to view all and edit some of the segments and filters you can utilize when creating campaigns, autoconnects, member offers, etc.
This section on groups settings will define the available group settings and how to utilize this page. After completing this section, you should be able to:
- Know which groups need to be built and how to set them up
- Know which groups are automatic, and how to edit / add new parameters to existing segments.
