    • Then select “Help Form”

    • Select “Contact Us”
    • Then select “Onboarding/Continued Education”

Deliverability Requests:

  • Support tab on the Springbig platform
    • Select “Contact Us”
    • Then select “Deliverability”

    • Please be sure to include: 
      • Merchant Name
      • Merchant ID (located in the bottom left corner of the Springbig platform, under the ‘logout’ button)
      • Date of campaign sent
      • Campaign ID (Campaign ID is located at the top of the individual campaign page)

Custom MMS Image or SMS Notification Message Request:

  • Support tab on the Springbig platform
    • Select “Contact Us”
    • For MMS Image: select “Request a MMS notification image to be added to your platform”
    • For SMS Notification Message: Select “Request a new Notification message to be added to your platform. No Cannabis content will be approved”

Billing Requests:

      • Merchant ID
      • Invoice ID

Reporting Requests:
