Recommend file type for all images: PNG / JPEG

Most images have a recommended size of: 1080×1080 or 300×300. Videos can be uploaded to your stashboard with 1080×1080 dimensions, max file size of 10MB, and must be mp4 file type or you can include a Youtube URL. 

Tip: You can also include a youtube URL for a live stream and schedule a campaign for the time of the live stream!

Note: If you are having issues uploading an image on Springbig, check the size to ensure that it is in line with the above recommendations, and check the name of the file – you may try renaming files that have lengthy names or include multiple characters. For example: update ‘IMG-FILE_420.710-xyz’ to ‘FILE420’ and try again. For assistance, send the original image file to Springbig support.
