BRANDS OVERVIEW

Brands by Springbig is a co-marketing program that allows the brands you work with to sponsor your campaigns. As a Springbig dispensary partner, you can send text campaigns to your customers for FREE by collaborating with your favorite brands using Springbig’s brands platform.

Although the sponsored content is provided by our brand partners, you are in full control of message curation including audience, text copy, etc.

Benefits of sending Brand Sponsored Campaigns

Why utilize brand campaigns? There are a number of benefits to the Brand Marketplace.

  • Lower your overall Springbig cost by sending brand campaigns that are completely FREE to you as a merchant

BRANDS MARKETPLACE

Use this guide to navigate the Brands Marketplace

In the Brands Marketplace, you are able to:

  • View all of the brands on the Springbig platform in one place
  • Get in contact to run co-marketed campaigns and refer new brands

Navigating the Brands Marketplace:

  • Brands by State: This button will filter the list by brands in your state
  • Previously Sponsored: This button will show the brands you have previously sent co-marketing campaigns with in the past
  • In-Store Brands: This button will show the brands you carry in your store
  • Refer a Brand: Click here to refer brands you love to the marketplace
    • Fill out this pop-up form with the new brand’s information

Selecting a Specific Brand: 

  • Begin by scrolling through and selecting a brand you’d like to view
  • If your dispensary ran out or is low on the brand’s product, clicking on low supply? notify the brand will inform them
  • Click sponsor my campaign to let the brand know you’d like to start a new co-marketing campaign
  • In the upper right hand corner, you are able to preview samples of the brand’s ad creative to help you come up with new campaign ideas
  • Be on the look out for the NEW symbol to see which brands are the newest additions to the brands marketplace

What if a brand campaign says it can only be sent to #X people?

If a brand-sponsored campaign has a recipient limit, you’ll need to narrow your audience before selecting the sponsored image.
Use recipient filters to bring your count down to the required number.

Recommended filters:
  • Visit recency

  • Relevant categories

  • Total visits

What if the brand campaign isn’t available on the date you need?

If the campaign you’d like to send isn’t available on your desired date, please reach out to jglashow@springbig.com.
Our team can review and adjust the campaign’s availability for you.

What if the brands I want to promote do not work with Springbig Brands?

Refer your favorite brands that are not currently working with Springbig and they will receive access to their own brands platform in order to provide you with further campaign support.

BRANDS SETTINGS

The Brands Settings page is tied to our Brand sponsorship program. Before you add your preferences, reach out to your Client Success Manager. 

Navigate to settings – account – brands settings

 

Within the brands setting page there are 2 bubbles: 

  • Brand Image Preferences (shown to brands) 
    • This bubble is used for retailers to describe the elements of a brand image you would like, as well as, the brand image elements that you would not like. 
  • Disclaimer (attached to bottom of selected brand image) 
    • This bubble is used for retailers to attach their mandated disclaimers which will appear at the bottom of the brand images.
