Springbig + IHeartJane Ecomm Integration Guide

Welcome to the Springbig + IHeartJane Integration guide!

This exciting integration allows Springbig rewards to be redeemed within the IHeartJane online ordering experience. You must configure the qualifiable rewards and offers accordingly within Springbig in order for I Heart Jane to display at the checkout experience.

To connect your Springbig account with your I Heart Jane account, you’ll need to contact your Springbig Client Success Manager. They will schedule your integration, provide the auth token, and give you steps on how to configure the integration within the HeartJane administrative settings

Note: you must be utilizing loyalty to support discount sale reward types.

The qualifiable rewards that Heart Jane recognizes are:

Dollar ($) off purchase discount or Percentage (%) off purchase discount

Please let your Springbig team know if you would like to utilize Abandoned Cart messaging with IHJ. We will require your store IDs and API.
