MERGING DUPLICATE PROFILES GUIDE
DUPLICATE CUSTOMERS?
You may have multiple profiles for a customer if they have accounts at different locations, multiple phone numbers, maybe there was a wrong number provided, etc. Springbig automatically merges customers with the same phone number in the Springbig database.
MERGING MEMBER PROFILES
If you have multiple profiles for one customer, please ensure that both profiles have the correct phone number and email address in your POS. Since Springbig merges customers based on matching phone or email, after the customer completes their next transaction in the store, they will be automatically merged in the Springbig system.
If you have a large amount of multiple profiles in your Springbig account, please reach out to your contact at Springbig, or support@springbig.com to have an audit of your account completed.
