MEMBER WALLET AND REDEMPTIONS

Depending on your provider, you may or may not have the ability to redeem your members rewards and offers directly in the POS.

Review your Integrations guide to learn about your systems capabilities.

Your members can always redeem in store using their member wallets.

You also have the ability to complete the redemption on their behalf, if needed, by accessing their wallet through your Springbig platform.
