GENERAL REPORTS
(INCLUDED WITH SPRINGBIG ACCOUNT)
Numerous free reports available both directly through the platform and indirectly, by request from their client success manager from our reporting team.
Standard Reports in the UI: autoconnect performance, budz, campaign performance, check-in, communications, credit usage, customer breakdown, loyalty points, member activity, member status, new member activity, pin code, points, redemptions, user permissions.
Advanced Reports in the UI: impact report, inquiry report.

Custom Group Report
- Report provides a current list of members attached to each custom group you have set up in your platform. For each member, report will include the custom group in which they are enrolled, member ID, first, last, SMS opt-in status, email opt-in status, push opt-in status.
- Each row will contain one custom group / member combination. As such, members enrolled in multiple custom groups may appear on multiple rows.
Audience Report
- Report provides a current list of members attached to each audience you have set up in your platform. For each member, report will include the audience in which they are enrolled, member ID, first, last, SMS opt-in status, email opt-in status, push opt-in status.
- Each row will contain one audience / member combination. As such, members enrolled in multiple audiences may appear on multiple rows.
Loyalty Points Balance Report
- Provide the date (fixed date or date range) for which you would like the output, as well as any additional, specific segmentation fields (custom groups, locations, audiences, for example).
Report will return a list by member containing: member ID, first, last, beginning balance, points earned, points redeemed, points expired (or other inflows / outflows), ending balance, and the associated output from any other requested segmentation fields.
For segmentation columns with multiple possible selections per member, such as custom groups, entries would be appended together separated by commas.
Enrollment Report
Provide the date range, type of enrollment specified or not (loyalty, SMS, email, push, etc), as well as any additional, specific segmentation fields needed.
Report will return a list by member containing: member ID, first, last, type of enrollment as requested (SMS, email, loyalty, push, etc), requested segmentation field(s).
Top Spenders Report
- Provide the date range, # of customers requested as output (“top X customers”); opt-in criteria (examples: all loyalty members, textable only, opted-in to anything…), as well as any additional, specific segmentation fields needed.
Report will return a list by member containing: member ID, first, last, requested opt-in column(s) status, segmentation fields.
Opt-Out Report
Provide the date range, opt-out type requested (SMS / email / push, all, etc), as well as any additional, specific requested segmentation fields needed.
Report will return a list by member containing: member ID, first, last, requested opt-out columns(s) status, segmentation fields.
Redemption Report
Provide the date range and any additional, specific segmentation fields needed.
Report will return a list by member containing: member ID, first, last, reward redeemed, date redeemed, requested segmentation fields.
Members can appear on multiple rows if they have redeemed multiple rewards.
Compliance Text Report
Report will provide the member count of response to a compliance text (Yes / confirm vs no response) as well as the current member count of SMS opt-in status (true vs false).
App Download Report
Report will provide the number of app downloads.
Be aware there can be up to a 48 hour lag time between when an app is downloaded and when it may register in our database.
Current customer list extract with any / all of the following output fields
Member ID, first name, last name, phone number, email, loyalty status, SMS status, email status, push status, pin code status, signature date, join date, last visit date, total number of visits (real – POS visits only), loyalty points balance, primary location, POS user.
SPRINGBIG INSIGHTS
For a small, incremental license fee per user, merchants can access our growing repository of insights dashboards to provide a deeper dive into understanding their customer base and applying learnings to accelerate growth and increase returns. Current available dashboards include:
Member List Analysis
Provides up-to-date counts for number of total, loyalty and textable members.
Compares behavior of opted-in vs not opted-in members across key metrics and multiple time periods: list penetration and $ spent, visit rate, visit frequency, member spend, and average basket size.
Loyalty
Provides up-to-date counts for number of points currently outstanding, or issued or redeemed over a selected time period, as well as number of members with balances, or who were issued or redeemed points.
- Offers insightful metrics, including breakdown of members and points outstanding by member visit count bucket, member and points redemption rates, visits per redemption, and equivalent dollars spent and applied to a redemption.
Campaign Performance
Displays KPIs for last twelve months’ worth of campaigns, campaign totals and per campaign averages by month, such as messages sent, credits used, messages clicked, visit and spend totals for all recipients and clicked recipients, message cost and ROI.
Includes key spend and cost rates and ratios per message, per click, and per visit.
Reports on campaign deliverability overall and by message type and mobile carrier.
Retail Sales
Fully dynamic dashboard to display, analyze and compare key KPIs, including sales, visits, average basket size and brands per transaction across sales periods.
Analyzes sales trends for the top brands and categories.
Measures seasonality by brand/category by day of week and/or month of year.
Subscriptions
Provides up-to-date counts for number of total, new, cancelled and net new members of a merchant’s subscription programs.
Compares behavior of subscribers vs all other customers across key metrics: visit rate, visit frequency, member spend, and average basket size.
Member Growth
Provides week over week total and change in member counts across loyalty, textable, email and push notification opt-in status.
Displays percentage change and penetration rate for each member type.
ADDITIONAL REPORTING
Springbig Insights+
For each key metric presented on our Insights dashboards, benchmarking data comparing the merchants’ performance against aggregated data from across the state.
Springbig DataHub and DataHub Premium
Merchants can query, analyze and/or export data directly using Springbig DataHub via access to Springbig’s Snowflake instance or, with DataHub Premium, Springbig will replicate and share data to an S3 bucket or a merchant’s own cloud via Snowflake or Redshift.
Custom Reports & Analytics
Merchants can request custom reports, analytics, list exports, and dashboards from our Analytics & Reporting team on an a la carte basis.
- Requests for custom reports or analytics can be submitted through the merchant’s client success manager directly, or via the support button on the UI
- Merchant requests shold include type of request, frequency of delivery, and all relevant inputs, filters, calculations and outputs.
Springbig’s Analytics & Reporting team will review the request, respond with questions as needed, and then provide a proposal with a scope of work, time to complete, pricing and expected delivery date for merchant to review and approve.
Once merchant approves via Docusign, invoice will be issued and work will commence.
