PART 1: INSTALLATION

User interface is subject to change at the discretion of your POS provider. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please consult your POS provider directly.

Access your THSuite backend app:

  1. Admin Platform -> Store -> Integrations -> Springbig
  2. Enter AUTH-TOKEN in the appropriate fields
  3. Check “Active”
  4. Name Location
  5. Save

Part 2: Synchronization Steps

To synchronize your THSuite member base onto springbig:

  1. Select “Update Patients” to synchronize your THSuite customer list into SpringBig
