The File Exchange is our document sharing module. 

This is where your integration guides, API information and reference documents will be hosted, as well as any data sensitive documents that the Springbig team shares with you and your staff.

FILE EXCHANGE EXPLAINED

Springbig’s file exchange is a safe, HIPAA compliant portal to upload and access files between you and your client success manager, such as: 

  • API Keys
  • Integration Guides
  • Customer Lists
  • Reports

To access your file exchange, navigate to Settings – Account – File Exchange 


Here you will find all the files that have been added to the file exchange by your team and Springbig. You can download or delete them.
Note: Delete with caution as this can not be undone.

You also have the option to upload a new file in the top left of the page. 

If you are uploading a document for the Springbig team, please be sure to notify us as we will not receive an alert that a file has been added.
